Prawns stuffed avocado


(4) Eggs
(1) Arugula
(2) Avocados
(2) Lemons
(1) Cooked prawn
Salt and pepper
(1) Olive oil


  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cut four 25 x 25 cm squares of plastic wrap. Place the paper in a small bowl (let the paper stick out) and place a drizzle of olive oil inside
  2. Break the eggs and place each one in the paper containers, wrap and tie with a thread and when the water is boiling place the eggs to boil for 3 maximum 4 minutes.
  3. Then place to cool.Wash the arugula and set aside
    Peel the prawns and reserve them
    Grate the peel of 2 lemons, squeeze them and set aside.
    Peel the avocados and cut them into thin slices, add a little lemon juice.
  4. To serve, first place the arugula, then place the avocado slices, place the peeled prawns and finally place the eggs and sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon zest.


Change the arugula for spinach, place a touch of olive oil in a hot pan and fry the spinach with a little garlic, when it is ready, place cream cheese and plating.
